Example structure

What a clear quote should tell you.

See the information we agree with you after a site visit. This explains the quote structure; it is not a customer quote or an offer and contains no invented project prices.

  1. 01

    Your property and plans

Project address, your contact details, visit date and agreed work, including material choices and existing conditions.

  2. 02

    An itemised price

For each item: description, quantity, materials and labour. One-off work, monthly maintenance and applicable VAT are distinguished. The total and any provisional sums are identified separately.

  3. 03

    Inclusions and exclusions

Which preparation, demolition, disposal, supply and finishing are included. What you arrange yourself, what needs investigation and which items remain provisional.

  4. 04

    Timing and practical arrangements

Agreed start and duration, access, work sequence, protection and waste. Dependencies such as delivery times or permits are discussed before you order.

  5. 05

    Payment and changes

Agreed payment milestones and quote validity. Work outside the agreed scope receives a separate price proposal first and proceeds after your approval.

  6. 06

    Handover and terms

Handover items and any repair arrangements are recorded. The quote refers to the applicable terms and provides the information relevant to your order.

First an estimate, then clear terms.

The configurator provides a preliminary estimate. Your final quote follows checks of scope, quantities, materials and site conditions. Unconfirmed items must remain clearly identified.
