During a free site visit, we assess the situation and your choices. Your final quote then sets out the scope, price and terms.

At the site visit we discuss your plans, existing conditions and budget. Your final quote describes the work, materials, inclusions and exclusions.
Agree how work affects your home
We discuss timing, access, protection of your home, waste and any interruption to water or power. You know what to prepare yourself.
Discuss additional work first
Work outside the quote receives a separate price proposal first. We record payment, handover items and repair arrangements. Larger projects use agreed payment milestones.

What is included in the guide price?
Each specification states which work and materials are included. A different specification replaces the base choice; selected extra options are added. Recurring maintenance is shown separately per month. We discuss work outside the description and unusual conditions during the site visit.
Is the estimate already a fixed quote?
No. The configurator provides a preliminary, non-binding estimate based on your input. Existing conditions, materials and execution can affect the price. After the site visit you receive a separate final quote.
What if I do not know the measurements yet?
Choose ‘I am not sure yet’. We then calculate using the assumed quantity shown next to the item, so the work remains included in your estimate. You can change that quantity; we measure the actual scope during the site visit.
Does requesting an estimate commit me to anything?
Your enquiry is without obligation and does not order any work. You decide whether to accept the final quote after the visit. Follow-up emails are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.
